  Bad bad customer service. I will not stop in this gas station again. I filled up my gas and I'm supposed to pay $35 only and this Laura charged me so much more! This girl Laura is dumb and acts like she smart Who think she's smart. No wonder this girl is just a cashier and will be forever just a cashier. Poor girl that she's not educated. I don't want her to get fired but this girl needs to learn a lesson.

  Yesterday I stopped at the Fastrip in Mojave, CA to get gas. After going thru the motions on their gas machine to pay with my credit/debit card, I received a message that I needed to go inside. I asked the cashier why I had to come inside to pay for my gas. She said because I was paying with a credit card & they require ID. This is not true as I pumped gas the day before & it took my card at the pump. She told me to "have a good day". What kind of sarcastic remark is that? Needless to say, I was very angry. She not only lied to me but had to comment with condescending remarks. It was obvious she lacked customer service. I do not like leaving my car. This is not such a great neighborhood & the homeless hang around their store. Beware of the unfriendly & lying staff.
